Our sales team is looking to grow and are recruiting for experienced and motivated Business Development Managers to join our teams in Ballarat & Bendigo. This BDM Role has a primary focus on new business, applicants should be able to build a strong rapport with customers to understand their challenges and goals to offer Viatek solutions that are relevant and of high value.
Candidates should be able to negotiate with stakeholders at all levels, develop a pipeline of opportunities and work closely with pre-sales and technical support teams. Extensive Solution Sales and business development experience is essential, along with a sound knowledge of the Viatek products and services offerings.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, demonstratable technical experience, the ability to translate technical requirements into easily understood business concepts and a strong customer focus.
Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant
Wagga Wagga / Albury / dubbo, NSW
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to join our team in either Wagga Wagga, Albury or Dubbo.
The Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant is responsible for demonstrating the benefits and articulating the value proposition of Viatek solutions to customers, providing pre-sales support to the sales team, implementation of software solutions and post-sales support including troubleshooting and problem solving.
The successful applicant will be focused on customer satisfaction as well as being highly organised with exceptional time management skills.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate pre-sales experience with a strong knowledge of IT, have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills whilst being well presented.
Digital print industry experience desirable, but not essential a valid Australian drivers licence; Police Check & Working With Children Check for government clients will be required.
Bendigo, VIC & Newcastle & Albury, NSW
The teams in Bendigo, Newcastle and Geelong are looking for experienced sales professionals to join the teams as an Account Manager. The successful candidates will have experience in business to business sales, account management, business development and have the ability to sell to a variety of industries whilst identifying and developing new business leads.
We will be looking for someone with a strong work ethic, high levels of self-motivation with excellent written, verbal, presentation and organisation skills. The successful candidate must hold a valid Australian drivers licence.
Senior Systems Engineer
Cremorne & Geelong, VIC
We are currently seeking an experienced Level 3 Engineer, to contribute to our high performance team. The role of the Senior Systems Engineer is critical to the continued growth of Viatek and will ensure optimum delivery of service and support to our customers through our Service Desk offering.
The successful candidate will be client focused, have technical strength, and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as autonomously. Service desk experience is essential in either an enterprise or MSP environment, must have experience supporting Microsoft 365 products, be able to demonstrate effective troubleshooting and have advanced skills in Windows server operating systems, Windows desktop operating systems, Citrix platforms, SAN storage and core infrastructure.
