Viatek offers three levels of Optimum Managed IT Services to meet the needs of businesses of all sizes.
This plan provides full remote proactive network monitoring, maintenance, management, on-site support, server recovery and patch management. This service moves much of the risk of managing and maintaining your IT systems to Viatek so we have an incentive to ensure that you have very few problems. The only services that you pay extra for are special projects such as implementation of new systems
This plan provides all the features of premium care with optional on-site support with Server Recovery and special project works carried out at an agreed hourly rate.
PrimaryCare is for businesses that already have an internal IT support team. Alerts generated from any detected problem will be sent to your team, or optionally escalated to Viatek’s Operations Centre or both for action. This service also provides full proactive network monitoring and automates many of the routine tasks associated with maintaining your IT infrastructure.
